Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are the backbone of Pakistan's economy, representing over 90% of all business enterprises, providing the majority of non-agricultural employment, and contributing significantly to the country's GDP. Despite their economic importance, SMEs account for only a modest share of Pakistan's exports, highlighting a vast untapped potential for expanding the country's export base through greater international market access and digital transformation.
